Patrol Commander

Captain Upton began his law enforcement career in 1985 as a Wellington Reserve Officer and became a Full Time Officer in 1988. He has served the Department in the capacity of Patrol Officer, Patrol Sergeant and is currently a Patrol Commander in charge of two patrol teams.
