City Clerk/Utility Billing

The City Clerk's Department handles licenses, permits, utility billing and collections, public records, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and personnel, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, municipal court, and computer hardware and software for the City Administrative Offices.                                                                                  

The City Clerk's Office and Municipal Court Office are located at City Hall, 317 South Washington Avenue. The offices are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. Offices are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Martin Luther King's Birthday.
