City Council Members

	Mayor Roger Stallbaumer stallbaumer@cityofwellington.net	Mayor Stallbaumer has a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Emporia State University. He also served as a School Board Member and was a former Recreation Director for the Wellington Recreation Commission.
	Council Member Kim Woodrow First Ward
	Council Member John Brand First Ward brand@cityofwellington.net	John Brand is the Director of Collections for the Central Plains Region of the American Red Cross. As the Director, Mr. Brand and his team are responsible for assuring the safe collection of blood and blood products throughout the state of Kansas and NW Oklahoma. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a secondary Major in Gerontology from Kansas State University. Mr. Brand served on the Wellington Board of Zoning Appeals for 7 years prior to being elected to the City Council in 2010. He has also been very involved in coaching Wellington Youth Football, Wrestling, Baseball, and Softball.
	Council Member Dana Anderson Second Ward	Dana Anderson is a 1976 graduate of Wellington High School. He also holds an Associates Degree from Butler County Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Kansas State University. Dana is a licensed Stock Broker and Insurance Agent for PrimeVest Financial Services. Dana has been involved with the City of Wellington for over 20 years through several different Boards which include: Past Chairman of the Airport Authority Board, Past Chairman of the Library Board, Past Member of the Memorial Auditorium Board, Past Chairman of the Planning Commission, current Chairman of the Wellington Community Foundation and a past three term City Council Member starting in 1989.

	Council Member John Tracy Third Ward bjtracy@sbcglobal.net	Mr. Tracy is the Assistant Director for Sumner County 911 and a former City of Wellington Firefighter. www.johntracy.net
	Council Member Larry Shimer Third Ward shimer@cityofwellington.net	Mr. Shimer is a retired Boeing employee. He has served on the City Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
	Council Member Paula Mortimer Fourth Ward mortimer@cityofwellington.net	Paula Mortimer is originally from Phoenix Arizona. She moved to Wellington 8 years ago. She is a licensed Insurance agent working for Farmers Union Insurance (Steve Yearout agency). Since moving to Wellington she has become involved with many civic and non profit groups. She is a member of the following: Wellington Humane Society, Women of Wellington, Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce, Wellington Motor Association, and the Wellington Kiwanis organization. For two years she served as a team and community leader for the Take Charge Challenge. She serves as the Sumner County representive for Mid Kansas CAP. She is also the founder of The Prom Fairy project, and community organizer of the annual KZSN community toy drive.
	Council Member Terry Nunemaker Fourth Ward nunemaker@cityofwellington.net	Terry Nunemaker is a retired aircraft industry executive with over 30 years engineering and management work experience. He is a Kansas Licensed Professional engineer and holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from WSU. Mr. Nunemaker has led major engineering development projects at a number of locations throughout the United States and throughout the world. He is a past chairman of the Rose Hill Planning Commission, and was instrumental in creating their Comprehensive Development Plan, Zoning Regulations, and Subdivision Regulations.
